Terms of Service
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Tummido app, operated by Solbinary ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
What Tummido is
Tummido is a marketplace that connects independent home cooks ("cooks") with people looking for home-cooked food ("seekers"). Cooks are independent individuals, not employees or agents of Tummido or Solbinary. We provide the platform that lets cooks and seekers find each other, chat, and arrange orders — we do not prepare, package, or deliver food ourselves.
Accounts
You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
For home cooks
If you list yourself as a cook, you're responsible for the food you prepare, its safety, its accuracy (price, food type, availability), and for complying with any local food-safety laws and regulations that apply to you. Tummido does not currently run a formal food-safety verification process before a cook is listed — see our Trust & Safety section on the homepage for exactly what that means today.
For seekers
Orders are arranged directly between you and the cook through in-app chat. Payment, pickup/delivery, and order details are agreed between you and the cook. Tummido is the marketplace layer, not a party to that transaction.
Conduct
Be honest about what you're listing or ordering. Don't use the app to harass, defraud, or misrepresent yourself to another user. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate this.
Problems and disputes
If something goes wrong with an order, contact the cook directly first. If you can't resolve it, email contact@solbinary.com and we'll help however we can. A structured in-app complaint process is actively being built — it isn't live yet.
Limitation of liability
Tummido connects cooks and seekers but is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of food prepared by independent cooks, or for disputes between users. Use the app at your own judgment, and use common sense around food safety until our verification systems are further along.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
